Maintenance revision of DCMI Metadata Terms

The DCMI Usage Board has approved a revision of the usage note for the element Subject. This maintenance release has been undertaken in preparation for the routine five-year review of ANSI/NISO Z39.85-2007 ("The Dublin Core Metadata Element Set").
